1. Parties & Payment Platform

Payment processing for purchases on this site is handled by a third-party Payment Platform. By using the Payment Platform, you acknowledge it acts as an intermediary/payment processor; it is not a party to the contract for sale of goods between you and Essentiora. The Payment Platform's own Terms of Use and merchant policies will apply to the payment transaction.

Essentiora (the "Merchant") is solely responsible for order fulfillment, product quality, returns, replacements, cancellations and warranty obligations. Any dispute regarding product quality, delivery or refunds must be raised directly with Essentiora using the contact details below. The Payment Platform is not responsible for merchant-delivered goods or services.

3. Returns, Refunds & Settlement

Settlement timelines and chargeback handling are subject to the Payment Platform's and the issuing bank's processes. Please retain transaction receipts and order IDs for any refund/chargeback claims.

4. Data, Privacy & KYC

In order to process payments, some personal data (name, phone, email, billing address) will be shared with the Payment Platform and banks/issuers as required. Essentiora will handle any additional customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where the Payment Platform requires merchant KYC or other documents, you agree to comply with those requirements.

5. UPI, Wallets & AutoPay

Where payments are made via UPI, Wallet or AutoPay, the transaction will also be subject to the Payment Platform's UPI/autopay terms and NPCI / bank rules. Mandates, auto-debits and recurring payments follow the Payment Platform’s autopay rules and may have separate consent/mandate flows.
